The Creative Economy in the Merrimack Valley is alive and well with a vibrant arts and cultural scene, numerous successful design firms and cutting-edge software companies.

The Merrimack Valley Economic Development Council seeks to promote dialogue about arts, culture and the “creative economy” of the Merrimack Valley. The MVEDC is partnering in this effort with the University of Massachusetts Lowell and the Cultural Organization of Lowell (COOL), with support from the Massachusetts Cultural Council.
